What is needed for proxono to work on my server?
A server that has PHP installed and Ioncube Loader Packages (we will provide with the download).
I cant get the free version to install correctly.
Are you sure you chmodded all the files and subdirectories in the /includes/ folder to 0777? If that still doesn't work email us and we may be able to do the simple task for a small fee.
What part of the script is encoded with ioncube encoding method?
The admin panel of the script is the only file that is encoded but all the other files are unencoded and could be edited to your likings.
Are the plugins encoded?
Yes, all the plugins are encoded so sharing them among people is not allowed. We have an unlimited domain version of every plugins to make it possible for someone to put the plugin on as many of his websites as he/she pleases but he needs to contact us so we could allow those domains to execute the plugins.
The plugin I bought doesn't work anymore because the site I am visiting has changed, what can I do?
We are using the same exact plugins we sell, for our networks and will provide with an updated version of the broken plugin within a reasonable amount of time of when the problem is reported. We strive to keep our proxy network sites working as much as possible and will try to fix the problem as fast as we can.
I just bought a plugin and wasn't provieded with a download.
Because the plugins are encoded we have to customize every php file so it could function on our clients website, please bear with us as we try our hardest to make the turnaround after the purchase asap.
